Shepherd Construction Ltd. City Lofts, St Paul’s Sheffield

City Lofts, St Paul’s, a 32 storey building that will be the tallest in Sheffield.  It has been designed to act as an iconic marker for the city centre, and will incorporate some 22,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space, as well as the 300-plus studio, one and two bed apartments, all set in interlinking towers.
UBS has supplied a small 5mts x 2mtr Common Tower System and a twin high speed passenger and material hoists for the high rise structure and a small 5mts x 2mtr Common Tower and a twin standard speed passenger and material hoists for the low rise building.
